Peaky Blinders Mastermind fell this summer
Peaky Blinders is a British criminal offense dramatization tv series created by Steven Knight, that premiered on BBC Two on 12 September 2013. The collection is primarily established in Birmingham, England, and also follows the exploits of the Shelby crime family members in the consequences of World war. The following is a listing of episodes, provided in order of their initial air date, together with short story descriptions.
As of 22 September 2019, 30 episodes of Peaky Blinders have aired, wrapping up the fifth series.
The front show Peaky Blinders makes its way into the world of video games this summer. Called Peaky Blinders: Mastermind, this game is going to be a top-down strategy game that will follow the shelly crime family getaways. The game itself will not follow directly the scenario of the show, but it will use it of course as a kind of guideline. You will meet and control characters from the series, while trying to navigate the underground world of Birmingham in England of the 1920s.
In your game, you will have the control of six different characters in each mission. Each character will have his own strengths and weaknesses. Depending on the different scenarios in which you are, it will belong to the player to determine when and how to use the capabilities of each character to maximize their effectiveness. Make sure all these characters work together in tandem is going to be the key to victory.
Looking at the gameplay trailer, it seems that Mastermind has been a lot inspired by XCOM. Something that is not uncommon in the genre strategy. Peaky Blinders is one of the largest television broadcasts in the world right now and it would not really be a shock if Masterminds is able to capitalize on the only recognition of the name. The games attached to films and television programs have a bad reputation with players (and for good reason), but that does not mean that they must be rejected at first glance. Sometimes keeping things simple is the best thing to do when it comes to creating games. Noting too flashy or too high. At first glance, it seems that this is what Peaky Blindersl Mastermind could accomplish.
Peaky Blinders: Mastermind will be released on PC, PS4 and Xbox One this summer.
